Hey all!

My name is Anne, I’m 23 and I come from the Basque Country, Spain. I’ve studied English Studies as my Bachelor’s degree and Media & Communication as my Master’s degree. After university, I decided that it was time to try out something new so for this whole year I will be at Bologna working for YouNet as an ESC volunteer. Focusing on the personal side, I can say that I’m a very shy and introverted person when I meet new people, raising confusion around me since people expect someone more extroverted from Spain. However, over time and once I start getting to know the people
around me better, I get carried away and I love to talk. I’ve always considered myself a person who is very curious and who wants to know more and more things. I’ve always loved cultures and languages so I’ve tried to travel as much as possible. That’s because I really enjoy being surrounded by people from different backgrounds as it allows me to learn new ways of seeing the world and open my mind even more. Besides that, I also like music, reading and nature. When the weather is bad, I also like being at home comfy with a blanket seeing Netflix or playing boarding games.
