Ciao a tutti!!
I'm Eva, I'm 25 years old and I come from Ronda, a village in Malaga, in the south of Spain. I studied Social and Cultural Anthropology in Seville and during my studies I spent a year in Lisbon with the Erasmus programme. It was there that some friends told me about their experience as volunteers in the European Solidarity Corps. I really liked the idea because it coincided with my personal and professional goals. Besides, after living the best experience of my life in Lisbon, I decided that I wanted to keep getting to know different places and cultures. So when I finished my degree and after having worked for a few months, I looked for an international volunteering placement with the ESC. I wanted to spend a year doing something different, which could help me to find out what I would like to do in the future, gain experience and learn a new language. Italy seemed like the ideal place, and its streets, cities, gastronomy and language have conquered me.
About me, I love meeting new people from my own social context and from a different culture than mine. Making intercultural links and travelling seems to me a very nice way to enrich and grow personally. My great passion is dance. I have been dancing flamenco and folklore since I was a little girl, although I love to learn and dance all kinds of disciplines, such as classical salsa, bachata or tango.
I hope to continue learning a lot in this experience in Bologna and meeting so many wonderful people!
