1st day - Get to know each other and NGO bazar

We started our day at 9 in the morning. Some of us we had already met at night but there were also many new people who hadn't met each other yet. We broke the ice by doing a speed dating with each other and starting interesting conversations which continued even after the session. Furthermore, everyone expressed their expectations, their fears and their contributions to this event through the "Tree of expectations" game, in which we wrote our fears in the roots of a tree, our contributions in the trunk and our expectation in the leaves. 
In the afternoon, we got to know each other also in a professional perspective. We performed the activity of "NGOs Bazar", in which we presented out organizations as it was a market and had the opportunity to discuss with others, exchange ideas and good practices. The day concluded with the feedback form and then with a nice dinner that everyone enjoyed.
