Learning in Europe

YouNet sta implementando un progetto sulla formazione dello staff. Ecco una breve descrizione del progetto:
erasmus (3)“Learning in Europe” is a project funded by Erasmus+ programme and will give the opportunity to 12 YouNet staff members working in the field of adult learning to attend a training course in Europe.

The main project aim is to provide YouNet staff members with opportunities to improve their knowledge and competences in a way to support adult learning and European mobility. “Learning in Europe” aims directly at improving the quality and increasing the volume of cooperation and exchange between staff and organizations involved in European learning for adults while strengthening their capacity. In particular the project focuses on 3 main axes setting up the following objectives:
– to improve the competences of YouNet staff and to innovate its approaches of delivering adult educational activities;
– to strengthen YouNet transnational cooperation and exchange with organizations involved in European learning for adults;
– to enhance the management and coordination processes within YouNet related to adult education and mobility projects.
Mobility opportunities for lifelong learning in the sphere of European education are crucial to an important part of the agenda for adult learning throughout Europe. Such actions contribute to the development of key transversal skills and competencies of learners in line with their needs already inquired in prior.
The project is fully in line with the program main objectives and those set up in regards of this specific action for ;
– improving the level of key competences and skills, with particular regard to their relevance for the labour market, in particular through increased opportunities for learning mobility and through strengthened cooperation among adult education providers;
– improving language learning of languages and the promotion of EU’s broad linguistic diversity and intercultural awareness.
– Fostering quality improvements and internationalisation of adult education institutions, in particular through enhanced transnational cooperation between education and training providers and other stakeholders.”
