Participation in European youth events often is a foundation for a long-term, sustainable solution of the challenge the community faces. The most basic objective is to train the members of the partner organisations in creation of solid and sustainable European/International youth projects and to properly implement them as well as do the follow-up process.

The skills and knowledge that the participants will gain from this event will relate to both theory as well as practice. More concretely the needed knowledge that exists among the participants and is relating to various international projects will be shared and disseminated. At the same time the practical organizations skills needed for coordinating an international team of youngsters will be boosted in order to have highly motivated youngsters at the end of the event that will be able to implement future youth initiatives within the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission.

The main purpose and goal of the organizers of this Training Course is to bring the values and benefits that international youth work offers to the member of the partner organizations involved in this training. Organizing and implementing international youth activities (youth exchanges, volunteering activities, seminars, trainings etc.) is a rewarding way to contribute to the development of the local community.



Financial conditions:

-Food, accommodation and activities are 100% covered by the project

-Travel costs are 100% covered by the project up to a maximum of  € 275/ participant

-“Quota associativa YouNet”: €50. These membership fees should be paid only by confirmed participants and give them the status of YouNet’s member and access to all our benefits.


As a result of the participation in this project, will be issued a European certification (“Youthpass”) certifying the skills gained and valid for the European CV.
