Participants profile: youth workers and youth leaders 18-30 years old:

 Youth workers, who are active in the youth entrepreneurship field and see a need in improving their competences (TC1);
 – Youth workers, who are supporting young entrepreneurs in their local community on developing project ideas (TC1);
 Young leaders with great entrepreneurial ideas aiming on developing a business plan and improving their business skills (TC2);
 Involved in the youth entrepreneurial community of startup events, accelerators programs and incubators (TC1&2);
 Strong motivation to strengthen their knowledge on entrepreneurship and Erasmus + Programme possibilities and work on development of new ideas that would lead to new projects, enterprises or activities empowering young people (TC1&2);
 Interest to take part in non-formal base activities and are open to work in multicultural environment (TC1&2)

The project ‘Empowering Youth Entrepreneurship through Capacity-building Activities and Networking’ will last 9 months (1.9.2016 – 31.5.2017) and it will consist on two mobility activities: a training course that would be implemented in Albania and that will bring together organizations and their representatives with strong interest in entrepreneurship and a second training course implemented in Prizren, Kosovo, in which young leaders with great entrepreneurial ideas will be trained to develop their business plans.

Overall goal of the capacity building project “EYE CAN” is empowering youth entrepreneurship by raising capacities of youth organizations in the field of entrepreneurship and to support youngsters in realizing their entrepreneurial ideas.

Beneficiaries of the project:
1. Participants will:
– Develop a set of new competencies that they can apply at their daily practices and use them for their personal and professional growth;
– Gain deeper knowledge of Erasmus + Programme;
– Become more familiar with the situation in other participants countries and develop cultural sensitivity in an international network;
– Be trained through two strategic entrepreneurial tools: the Startup Mentorship Programme (SMP) and the Business Model Canvas (BMC).
2. Participating organizations will:
– Gain new contacts for the future;
– Raise their capacities and competencies;
– Benefit in terms of future development of their capacities in the entrepreneurship field.
3. Target groups at a local, national and regional level
We strongly believe that this project will have a strong impact at both target groups of the project: Youth Workers as target group of the first mobility activity and Young Leaders as target group of the second mobility activity.


To connect various youth organizations focused on youth entrepreneurship and provide them an opportunity to network and create new partnerships and base for potential long-term collaboration that can lead to increasing the quality of their services and activities;
 To strengthen the competencies of the representatives of the NGOs and capacities of their organizations to effectively their work with youth leaders on fostering youth entrepreneurship using the methodology of Startup Mentorship Programme;
 To support developing entrepreneurial ideas through the Business Model Canvas to achieve the goal of running new businesses as a tool of fighting youth unemployment;
 To create space for sharing knowledge and exchanging experiences & good practices in the field of entrepreneurial learning among nonformal and formal educators;
 To stimulate the concept of international and cross-sectoral cooperation in the field of entrepreneurial learning.
Financial conditions:
– Food, accommodation and activities are 100% covered by the project
– Travel costs are 100% covered by the project up to a maximum of € 275/ participant
– “Quota associativa YouNet”: €50. These membership fees should be paid only by confirmed

As a result of the participation in this project, will be issued a European certification (“Youthpass”) certifying the skills gained and valid for the European CV.
